Beth, that is just heartbreaking. If I didn't have obligations at home, I would be on my there as we speak to help out in any way that I could :(

I totally agree that the media needs to be covering this and there needs to be relief efforts sent your way. I will keep praying for your city!

Those pics just make me so sad. To see the stadium like that and the Mall filled with water. We have been to that Mall several times when we come back for visits...just makes me feel sick. One of my favorite places to browse is The Black Lion.

Wow. Those are some crazy pics, but believe it or not, we've been there too. I live in Cedar Rapids, IA- they had record flood levels 2 years ago June 13th. It's still a mess here.

You are too cute and your blog is adorable. You are very talented and your vibe here is great.

I'm your newest follower.

These pictures make me cry. My Husband and I had a dinner on our honeymoon in the rainforest cafe. It breaks my heart to see it this way.

My heart goes out to everyone inflicted by the floods. I can't even imagine the devastation and despair you all must be experiencing there.

I've been glued to my computer since Saturday watching all of this unfold. Even though we have our weather issues in West Tn.. Dyersburg is completely underwater. So are Millington & other towns. I grew up in Nashville though. It's my home. I haven't lived there in 10 years, but I miss it every day.
I even blogged about it (twice) if you wanna come check it out. : )

That is just so sad. :( We haven't had major flooding here but it happens every few years. It is just so unsettling to see everything under water.

You really don't get perspective on it until you see it like that. I'm so sad for everyone that's been affected, and outraged that more isn't being done! Will keep you all in my prayers!

My thoughts and prayers are with you guys! I'm planning on posting a blog about the devistation and showing some pictures as well. I'll be sure to link up to your blog.

My grandparents live in White House and were lucky enough to be high enough to avoid the flooding. But my heart breaks for Nashville!
